Dang already flunking!


I've been eating out and about and losing track of what I should be eating, so will get back to healthy eating by tomorrow! Hopefully... :D

1st day!

My first late brunch contains:
1/4 of a starbucks bacon sandwich with a banana and a whole cranberry muffin.
Calories contain= 160+108+460=728

Dinner @ 9:30 pm contains:
1 bowl of rice with cha siu (chinese bbq pork), stir fried beef and cucumber, soy sauced chicken,
+ steamed carrots, cauliflower, bitter melon, and fuzzy melon( mo qua).
1 plum (lei quo) + a cup of grapes
Calories: 78+135+217+27+34+91+60+76=718

Snack: 2 tbs of nuts + 4 Nilla cookies
Calories: 75+55=152

Total calories consumed=1598

lol, mine went overlimit...but hey it's only the first day!
